Cortina is one of the most exclusive resorts in the dolomites, established as such at the turn of last century, becoming a world famous tourist resort, favoured by artists, intellectuals, princes and wealthy international jet-setters that have all contributed to its particular attraction. During the Winter, it offer 110 kilometres of skiing slopes and 58 kilometres for cross -country skiing and 37 ski lifts.
